Wash Instructions

Seat cover
The removable seat cover is machine washable at 30°C. Use a laundry bag and a mild detergent without bleach. Air dry only, do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage or damage. For small marks, spot clean the fabric with a damp cloth and a little mild soap.

Frame & mechanism
Clean the frame and touchscreen with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks a slightly damp cloth may be used, but do not allow water to enter any electronic components. Regularly check that all screws and connections are secure.

Battery & charging
Charge the bouncer fully at least once a month, even when not in use, as this extends the battery life. Only use the included charging cable. Store the bouncer in a dry room at room temperature.

Important
Never submerge the bouncer in water. Do not use harsh cleaning products, bleach or alcohol-based products on the fabric or frame.

What age is the bouncer suitable for?

The bouncer is suitable from birth to around 18 months (maximum 13 kg). For newborns, use the fully reclined position with extra support. As your baby grows, adjust the seat angle to a more upright position. The ergonomic shape supports natural development at every stage. Stop use once your baby can sit independently or attempts to stand.

Does the bouncer always need to be plugged in?

No, the bouncer has a rechargeable battery that you can use completely wirelessly. After a full charge (around 3 to 4 hours) you can use it for 4 to 6 hours depending on the settings. This makes it ideal for flexible use around the home, from the living room to the bedroom or even at the grandparents. You can also leave it plugged in if it stays in one place. The charging cable is included.

How loud are the rocking motions? Will my baby hear it?

The motor is very quietly designed. You will hear a soft hum, but it is not loud enough to wake your baby or disturb them while falling asleep. Most babies actually find the sound soothing, similar to background noise. At the lowest speed it is virtually silent. This makes the bouncer ideal for use during naps or in the evening.
