How secure is the monitor? Can the camera be hacked?
Our baby monitor operates on a dedicated connection, entirely without WiFi. This means there is no internet connection that can be hacked. footage is transmitted only between the camera and the screen via a secure, closed connection. Your privacy and your baby's security are protected.
What is the range of the monitor?
The monitor has a range of up to 300 metres in open space. Indoors, through walls and floors, you can rely on a stable connection throughout the home and often in the garden too. The screen alerts you automatically if you move out of range.
Does the night vision actually work well?
Yes, the infrared night vision provides a clear image even in complete darkness. You can clearly see whether your baby is lying still, moving or waking up — without any light on in the room. Many parents are surprised by how sharp the night vision is compared to other monitors.
What does VOX mode do exactly?
VOX mode (voice activated) means the screen only turns on when the camera detects sound or movement. There is no need to stare at a screen all night. You can choose from 3 sensitivity levels: high (any small sound), medium (normal sensitivity) or low (crying only). This way you decide when you want to be alerted.
Can I add a second camera?
es, the system supports up to 4 cameras. This is useful if you have a second child later, or if you want to monitor different rooms such as the nursery and playroom. Additional cameras are sold separately and connect easily to your existing screen.
