Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is in the order confirmation email you received immediately after placing your order. It usually starts with a # followed by numbers (for example: #1001)
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email you receive once your order has been dispatched. This is a separate email from the order confirmation.
You can also log in to your account and view your order under "My Orders".
I have not received a tracking number yet. Why not?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This can take 1 to 3 business days after placing your order (for orders placed before 18:00 on business days).

The tracking link is not working. What now?
Possible reasons: the parcel has just been dispatched and it may take a few hours for tracking to activate; the tracking number may have been entered incorrectly (try copying and pasting the number); or there may be a technical issue with the carrier.
If the problem persists, contact us at support@amaribaby.com with your order number.
My order shows as delivered but I have not received anything. What now?
Please check the following: with a neighbour (carriers sometimes deliver to neighbours); at a nearby collection point (you will have received a notification about this); with housemates or family; and your letterbox for a missed delivery card.
Still nothing? Contact us within 48 hours at support@amaribaby.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
